Prisma Tile Grout

Product Description

Prisma Tile Grout is a high-performance, cementitious grout specially formulated for filling tile joints. It is polymer-modified to provide water resistance, smooth finish, and excellent adhesion. Suitable for ceramic, porcelain, vitrified tiles, and natural stones, both for interior and exterior applications.

• Mixing Ratio: 0.25–0.30 L of clean water per 1 kg grout

Surface Preparation

• Ensure joints are clean, free from dust, oil, grease, or loose particles.
• Remove excess adhesive or mortar from joints before application.
• Lightly moisten dry joints with clean water before grouting.

Application Instructions

1. Mix grout powder with recommended water to a smooth, lump-free paste.
2. Apply using a rubber float or squeegee, pressing firmly into joints.
3. Remove excess grout with a damp sponge before it hardens.
4. Allow grout to cure undisturbed for at least 24 hours before exposing to water.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Shelf life: 12 months in original unopened packaging.

Health & Safety

• Contains cement; may cause skin irritation.
• Use gloves and protective eyewear during application.
• Avoid inhalation of dust. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
