Product Description

Prisma Epoxy Grout is a high-performance, chemical-resistant, three-component epoxy-based grout consisting of:

• Component A:Epoxy Resin
• Component B:Hardener
• Component C:Specially graded filler powder with pigments

It is specially formulated for grouting ceramic tiles, porcelain, mosaics, stones, and vitrified tiles where high chemical resistance, stain resistance, and mechanical strength are required.

Surface Preparation

• Ensure joints are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose particles.
• Remove excess tile adhesive from joints before application.
• Tiles should be firmly fixed and adhesive cured.

Mixing Instructions

1. Mix Component A (resin)and Component B (hardener) thoroughly until homogeneous.
2. Gradually add Component C (filler powder)while stirring.
3. Mix until a uniform, lump-free, colored paste is achieved.
4. Use a slow-speed mixer for large batches.

Application

• Apply the mixed grout using a rubber grout float or squeegee.
• Press firmly into the joints ensuring complete filling.
• Remove excess grout from tile surface.
• Clean with a damp sponge within 20–30 minutes before hardening.

Packaging

• Available in pre-measured kits (2 kg & 5 kg sets).
• Each kit contains Component A, B, and C in correct proportions.

Shelf Life & Storage

• Shelf life: 12 monthsin unopened original packaging.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Health & Safety

• Wear protective gloves and goggles during mixing and application.
• Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.
• In case of contact, wash immediately with clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
• Ensure adequate ventilation during application.
