Product Description
Prisma Bond C2 is a polymer-modified, high-performance cementitious tile adhesive for internal and external applications. It provides enhanced adhesion compared to standard C1 adhesives, ensuring secure bonding of ceramic and vitrified tiles on a variety of substrates.

Recommended Applications & Tile Types

• Ceramic tiles (small to medium size)
• Vitrified tiles up to 600×600 mm
• Glazed wall tiles
• Suitable for concrete, screed, cement plaster substrates

Technical Properties

• Standard: EN 12004 C2
• Pot Life: 3–4 hours
• Open Time: ≥30 minutes
• Adjustability Time: ~20 minutes
• Slip Resistance: ≤0.5 mm
• Grouting Time: 24 hours (walls), 48 hours (floors)
• Coverage: 3–5 kg/m² depending on substrate and trowel size
• Mixing Ratio: 6.0–6.5 L water per 20 kg bag
• Compressive Strength: ≥10 N/mm²
• Bond Strength (28 days): ≥1.0 N/mm²

Application Procedure

1. Prepare clean, dust-free, sound substrate.
2. Mix adhesive with water using a mechanical mixer.
3. Apply with a notched trowel in uniform layer.
4. Press tiles firmly into adhesive within open time.
5. Remove excess adhesive from joints before setting.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store in a dry place, away from moisture.
• Shelf life: 6 months in original sealed packaging.

Safety Measures

• Contains cement, may cause skin/eye irritation.
• Wear gloves, safety glasses, and mask.
• Avoid inhalation of dust during mixing.
