Prisma Seal
Product Description
Prisma Seal is a two-component, polymer-modified, cementitious waterproofing coating. It combines a liquid polymer (Component A) with a high-quality cement-based powder (Component B) to provide excellent adhesion, flexibility, and long-term protection against water ingress. Suitable for both positive and negative water pressure applications.
Advantages
- Excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, and plaster substrates
- Flexible and crack-bridging properties
- Resistant to positive and negative hydrostatic pressure
- Easy mixing and application (brush, roller, or spray)
- Non-toxic, suitable for potable water tanks
- UV resistant and durable under thermal stress
- Eco-friendly, low VOC formulation
Applications
- Water tanks, reservoirs, and swimming pools
- Basements, lift pits, and retaining walls
- Bathrooms, kitchens, and wet areas
- Balconies, terraces, and podium decks
- Bridges, tunnels, and marine structures

Surface Preparation
- Substrate must be clean, sound, and free from dust, oil, grease, or loose particles.
- Repair cracks and honeycombs with suitable repair mortar.
- Pre-wet the substrate with clean water, ensuring a saturated surface-dry (SSD) condition.
Mixing
- Pour Component A (liquid polymer)into a clean container.
- Gradually add Component B (powder)while mixing with a slow-speed mechanical stirrer until a smooth, lump-free slurry is achieved.
- Avoid excess water addition.
Application
- Apply the first coat with a brush, roller, or spray on prepared surface.
- Allow 4–6 hours drying before applying the second coat crosswise.
- Protect freshly applied coating from direct sunlight, strong wind, or rain for at least 24 hours.
- For potable water tanks, allow 7 days curing before filling.
Coverage
- 1.5 – 2.0 kg/m² for 1 mm thickness (in 2 coats).
(Coverage depends on substrate condition and application method.)
Packaging
- Component A (Liquid Polymer): 5 kg
