Product Description

Prisma Terrazzo is a decorative surface finish designed to achieve a terrazzo-style washed appearance. It provides an aesthetic stone-like texture with high durability, resistance to weathering, and long-lasting beauty. The product is suitable for both interior and exterior applications where an elegant terrazzo effect is desired.

Surface Preparation

• Substrate must be sound, clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, or loose particles.
• New concrete or plaster should be cured for at least 28 days.
• Repair cracks or holes with suitable repair mortar before application.
• For maximum bonding, apply a recommended primer prior to Prisma Wash Terrazzo application.

Application

1. Mix Prisma Terrazzo powder with clean water using a slow-speed mechanical mixer until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
2. Apply evenly with a trowel at recommended thickness.
3. Allow to set, then wash or expose aggregates using water and a sponge/trowel to achieve desired terrazzo finish.
4. Protect from direct sunlight, rain, and frost during curing.
5. After 7 days, apply suitable sealer for enhanced durability and stain resistance.

Storage Conditions

• Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
• Protect from moisture and humidity.

Shelf Life

• 12 months from date of manufacture in unopened bags under proper storage conditions.

• 50 kg moisture-resistant bags.

Health & Safety

• Contains cement; avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Use protective gloves, masks, and goggles during mixing and application.
• In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store in a dry place, away from moisture.
• Shelf Life: 12 months in unopened bag.
